About Queens of the Desert
Founded in August 2025, Queens of the Desert is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit women-led organization based in Victorville, California. Our mission is to strengthen families and build community resilience through charitable initiatives, family-focused events, and collaborative partnerships with other local organizations.
We create meaningful engagement opportunities that promote unity, empowerment, and long-term social impact across the High Desert region — leading with love, serving with purpose, and standing as one sisterhood devoted to uplifting our community.

Conitha Clemons — President & Founder
Conitha Clemons is the Founder and President of Queens of the Desert, a nonprofit organization in Victorville, California. She leads with compassion and purpose, empowering women and uplifting families through charitable events and community service. Conitha believes that true leadership begins with giving, and that unity and sisterhood can create lasting change.
Annabel Ratcliff-Thomas — Chief Financial Officer / Treasurer
Annabel Ratcliff-Thomas oversees the financial stewardship of Queens of the Desert, ensuring transparency, accountability, and sustainability in every initiative. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to community impact, she manages resources that help the organization grow, give, and thrive.

Tamecka Allison — Vice President
Tamecka Allison serves as the Vice President of Queens of the Desert, bringing strong leadership, organization, and vision to the team. She supports the President in guiding the organization's mission and ensures that every event and initiative reflects unity, sisterhood, and community empowerment.
Tasha Nelson — Secretary
Tasha Nelson serves as the Secretary of Queens of the Desert, maintaining organization, communication, and recordkeeping for the organization. Her dedication ensures that meetings, initiatives, and decisions are documented with accuracy and care, helping the organization operate with structure and integrity.
Tamashia Bradford— Event Coordinator/Social Media Manager
Tamashia Bradford brings creativity and energy to Queens of the Desert as the Event Coordinator and Social Media Manager. She plans and promotes events that unite the community, blending organization with artistry to showcase the club’s mission of sisterhood, service, and empowerment.
Tamiko Lindsey— Compliance Officer
Tamiko Lindsey serves as the Compliance Officer of Queens of the Desert, promoting integrity, fairness, and accountability within the organization. She helps ensure that every member and event reflects the organization’s commitment to unity, respect, and community service.
